Position Overview

Working with the Services & Support Business, the Project Manager will be directly responsible for implementing and maintaining projects within the company.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist with general project management functions as required including cost estimating, maintaining budgets, scheduling, engineering documentation review, fabrication issues, logistics, and implementation.
  • Help create a link library of various project sites the company manages.
  • Draft Guidance Documents for planning, tracking, and reporting business processes
  • Create Word and PowerPoint templates for numerous deliverables that are the responsibility of Project Management
  • Refers problems and/or questions to IT engineering management or senior engineers.
  • Position requires the constant and consistent exercise of intellect, judgment, and ability commensurate with intern positions in similar industries or situations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years of project management experience
  • PMP Certificate a plus
  • Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Possess a willingness to tackle and own all projects.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities with confidence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others inside and outside the company.
  • Ability to exercise problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow through on commitments.
  • Thorough and careful attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to work on a team and have fun
  • Knowledge of the IT industry a plus
