Essential Job Functions
The Managing Consultant –Transformation is responsible for developing and delivering initiatives intended successfully evolve and enhance an organizations portfolio of IT/IS delivery services. The role works with business leaders to understand and collate business needs, plans and priorities; and with the IT/IS organization and service teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver the transformative capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinates and manages the development of the service strategy for one or more IT/IS service lines
* Understands IT service business drivers and connects speed, cost and quality of service to consumption drivers
* Acts as the primary point of engagement for transformation initiatives
* Meets with technical and service architects to discuss impact of new technologies and capabilities to their customers, KPI’s and SLA’s
* Defines the roadmap and transition plan for service delivery metrics and issues as pertains to their assigned service domains
* Holds regular service delivery quality reviews with stakeholders and customers throughout transformation initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
The best candidate will meet the below requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
* 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery management
* Five to seven years of experience in IT service delivery transformation
* Experience with public cloud, managed services, and large scale outsourcing (ITO) arrangement preferred
